Target Information
TNK1 (tyrosine kinase, non-receptor 1)는 티로신 단백질 키나아제 계열에 속하며, 세포 내 신호 전달 경로를 조절하여 세포 증식, 생존 및 발달에 관여합니다. TNK1은 태아 조직에서 높은 발현을 보이며, 일부 성체 조직에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. TNK1은 Ras-Raf1-MAPK 경로에서 음성 조절자로 작용하며, TNK1 결손 마우스에서 자발적 종양이 발생하는 것으로 알려져 종양 억제 유전자로서의 역할이 제시되었습니다.
