Target Information
TNIK (TRAF2 and NCK Interacting Kinase)는 N-말단 kinase domain과 C-말단 GCK domain을 가진 단백질로, RAP2의 특이적 effector로서 actin cytos켈레톤을 조절합니다. TNIK는 ATP 결합 포켓의 Lys54에 의존적인 자동 인산화를 통해 세포골격 조절에 핵심적인 역할을 하며, gelsolin 단백질을 인산화하여 actin 절단 기능을 조절합니다. 이러한 특성으로 TNIK는 세포골격 조절 메커니즘 연구에 중요한 표적 단백질로 알려져 있습니다.
