Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FYCO1 gene encodes a protein containing RUN, FYVE-type zinc finger, and GOLD domains.
This protein mediates microtubule plus end-directed transport of autophagic vesicles via interactions with Rab7, PI3P, and LC3.
Mutations in FYCO1 are associated with autosomal recessive congenital cataract-2 (CATC2).
