Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)은 세포 주기에서 START 단계를 완료하는 데 필수적인 단백질로, 유사분열을 개시하는 M-Phase Promoting Factor 복합체의 촉매 소단위입니다.
모든 진핵생물에서 보존되어 있으며, G2/M 단계에서 Bcl-2 인산화를 매개하여 세포자멸사 지연에 관여합니다.
또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료적 잠재력을 보인 바 있습니다.
