For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

K-RAS (GTPase KRas) belongs to the Ras oncogene family. Ras proteins bind GDP/GTP and possess intrinsic GTPase activity.
It plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation and contributes to oncogenic processes by inducing transcriptional silencing of tumor suppressor genes in colorectal cancer cells in a ZNF304-dependent manner.
Mutations in KRAS are associated with acute myelogenous leukemia, juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia, Noonan syndrome, gastric cancer, and cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome 2.
