For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CA125 determinant is present on a high molecular weight mucin-like glycoprotein. It is expressed in tissues derived from coelomic and Müllerian epithelium such as amnion, pleura, pericardium, and peritoneum. In adult tissues, it is found in epithelial cells of the fallopian tube, endometrium, endocervix, pancreas, colon, gall bladder, stomach, kidney, apocrine sweat gland, and mammary gland, as well as in the mesothelial lining of pleura, pericardium, and peritoneum.
CA125 expression is also observed in ovarian tumors of serous, endometrioid, or clear cell types and in adenocarcinomas of Müllerian origin.
