Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
UBP1 functions as a transcriptional activator in a promoter context-dependent manner and modulates placental expression of CYP11A1.
It regulates the alpha-globin gene in erythroid cells through synergistic interaction with TFCP2.
UBP1 binds strongly to sequences around the HIV-1 initiation site and weakly over the TATA-box, repressing HIV-1 transcription by inhibiting TFIID binding.
