Product Specific Information
- Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as ~150 kDa band and upon reduction generates ~25 kDa (light chain) and ~50 kDa (heavy chain) bands.

Target Information
Nuclear factor kB p65 (NF-kB p65), encoded by the RELA gene on human chromosome 11, is also known as RelA (v-rel avian reticuloendotheliosis viral oncogene homolog A).
It is one of the two subunits of NF-kB (Nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells), forming heterodimers with p50 or p52.
Upon TNF-α receptor activation, IKK phosphorylates IκB, leading to its degradation and allowing NF-kB p65 to translocate to the nucleus.
NF-kB p65 plays a critical role in the transcription of the immunoglobulin κ (kappa) gene in mature B-lymphoid cells.
