Target Information
Mouse IgG1은 항원에 반응하여 B 세포가 생산하는 면역글로불린 G의 아형입니다. 혈청 내 가장 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포독성 반응 등에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 등 면역 반응 조절에도 관여합니다. 연구 및 진단용으로 ELISA, Western blot, Immunohistochemistry 등에 널리 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발 등 치료적 응용에도 활용됩니다.
