This antibody reacts with an undefined epitope on a plant pathogen.
MA1-10405 can be used as a negative control to measure the non-specific binding of Mouse IgG1 in human, porcine, mouse, and rat tissues.
Target Information
Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response.
Mouse IgG1 consists of two heavy chains and two light chains, and is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
It also regulates immune responses, including T cell activation and inhibition of B cell activation.
Mouse IgG1 is widely used in research and diagnostic applications such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic research including immunotherapy and vaccine development.
