Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subclass in serum and plays a critical role in the adaptive immune response. Structurally, it consists of two heavy and two light chains and participates in:

• Opsonization
• Complement activation
• Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC)
• Regulation of immune responses, including T cell activation and B cell inhibition
