Target Information

IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor, CD221)는 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 암에서 역할이 보고되었습니다. 단백질은 두 개의 알파 및 두 개의 베타 소단위로 구성된 사량체 형태를 가지며, 알파 소단위는 IGF-1에 높은 친화도를 보입니다. IGF-1 결합 후 수용체는 1134, 1135, 1136번 위치에서 자가 인산화되며, 이어서 RAS, RAF, MAPK(ERK, p38, JNK) 경로를 활성화하여 세포 증식 관련 유전자 발현을 유도합니다.
