IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor, CD221)은 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 암 발생과 관련이 있습니다. 단백질은 두 개의 알파 및 두 개의 베타 서브유닛으로 구성된 테트라머 형태이며, IGF-1에 높은 친화성을 보입니다. 결합 후 구조적 변화와 자가 인산화가 일어나며, RAS, RAF, ERK, p38, JNK 등의 신호전달 경로를 활성화해 세포 증식을 유도합니다.
