Target Information
CD22 (BL-CAM)은 130~140 kDa의 제1형 막관통 당단백질로, B-림프구의 세포질과 세포막 모두에 발현됩니다. CD22 항원은 CD19 항원과 유사한 시기에 B세포 분화 초기에 나타나며, 성숙 B세포(CD22+)와 형질세포(CD22-) 사이의 후기 분화 단계에서 주로 발현됩니다. 이러한 특성으로 성숙 백혈병의 표현형 분석에 유용할 수 있습니다. CD22는 hairy cell leukemia에서 강하게 발현되며, α2,6-linked sialic acid에 결합하는 특성을 가집니다. 리간드 유도 인산화 후 B세포 항원 수용체 신호 조절에 관여하며, Src family tyrosine kinase와의 상호작용을 통해 양성 조절 또는 SH2 도메인을 통한 인산화 억제 신호 조절 역할을 수행할 수 있습니다. 또한 CD22는 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma 및 nodular lymphocyte predominance Hodgkin’s lymphoma에서 양성, classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma에서는 음성으로 보고됩니다.
