1 µg/mL of MA5-45307 was sufficient for detection of EndoPDI in 20 µg of heat-shocked HeLa cell lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 48 kDa.
Target Information
This gene encodes a protein-disulfide isomerase. Its expression is induced by hypoxia and may protect hypoxic cells from apoptosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
