Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific. They consist of multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity and consistency of monoclonal antibodies.
These antibodies recognize multiple epitopes on the target, providing higher detection sensitivity for low abundance proteins. Each lot is produced with a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, eliminating biological variability.

Target Information
Syndecans are heparan sulfate proteoglycans (HSPGs) involved in cell adhesion, tissue morphogenesis, and differentiation. They act as low-affinity co-receptors for soluble growth factors.
Syndecan-2 plays a role in Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-stimulating factor signaling in osteoblasts and regulates matrix assembly. It is expressed at epithelial–mesenchymal interfaces and in prechondrogenic and preosteogenic mesenchymal condensations, areas of high morphogenetic activity.
