PA1-063A는 mouse 및 human 시료에서 early endosomal antigen 1 (EEA1)을 검출합니다. 이전 로트는 hamster, canine, rat 시료에서도 사용된 바 있습니다.
Western blot에서 약 160 kDa의 EEA1 단백질을 검출하며, immunoprecipitation 및 immunofluorescence에도 사용되었습니다.
면역원은 human EEA1의 T(1391)–G(1410) 서열에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드입니다. 동일한 펩타이드를 이용한 중화 및 대조 실험용 제품(Pep-079)도 제공됩니다.
Target Information
Early endosomal antigen 1 (EEA1)은 162 kDa의 막 결합 단백질로, early endosome에 특이적으로 존재하며 초기 엔도좀 융합에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
EEA1은 아미노 및 카복실 말단에 zinc-finger 유사 도메인을 가지며, 이는 세포 내 단백질 수송에 관여하는 다른 비핵 단백질에서도 보존되어 있습니다.
이 도메인은 실제 zinc 결합 도메인으로, EEA1의 세포 내 위치 결정에 중요합니다. 또한 EEA1의 막 결합은 phosphatidyl 3-kinase 활성에 의존하며, 해당 효소 억제 시 EEA1은 early endosome에서 분리됩니다.
