Product Specific Information
- Store vial at -20°C prior to opening.

This affinity-purified antibody is directed against the human iASPP protein.
BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with iASPP proteins from human, dog, and mouse sources.
Expect reactivity against both isoform 1 and isoform 2. Partial reactivity may occur with bovine iASPP.
Reactivity with homologues from other species is not known.
Target Information
IASPP is one of the most evolutionarily conserved inhibitors of p53 (TP53), whereas ASPP1 and ASPP2 are activators of p53.
