Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
POU2AF1 is a transcriptional coactivator that associates with OCT1 and OCT2, enhancing OCT1-mediated promoter activity.
It does not bind DNA directly but recognizes POU domains of OCT1/OCT2.
Essential for B-cell antigen response and germinal center formation.
