For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

The NR0B2 protein is an orphan nuclear receptor containing a ligand-binding domain but lacking a conventional DNA-binding domain. It belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family, which includes transcription factors regulated by small hydrophobic hormones.
NR0B2 interacts with retinoid, thyroid, and estrogen receptors, inhibiting their ligand-dependent transcriptional activation. It represses nuclear hormone receptor-mediated transactivation through competition with coactivators and direct transcriptional repression.
