For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18 (TNFRSF18), also known as GITR or AITR, is encoded by the TNFRSF18 gene located on chromosome 1p36.33.
This receptor is part of the TNF-receptor superfamily and shows increased expression upon T-cell activation. It plays a key role in immunological self-tolerance maintained by CD25⁺CD4⁺ regulatory T cells.
Mouse knockout studies suggest its involvement in CD3-driven T-cell activation and programmed cell death.
Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
