Target Information
ARP2 (actin-related protein 2)는 ARP2/3 복합체의 ATP 결합 구성요소로, NPF(nucleation-promoting factor)에 의해 자극될 때 액틴 중합을 매개합니다. ARP2/3 복합체는 세포질에서 가지형 액틴 네트워크를 형성하여 세포 이동에 필요한 힘을 제공합니다. 또한 핵 내 액틴 중합을 촉진하여 유전자 전사와 DNA 손상 복구를 조절합니다.
