For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

PSMA7 is a component of the 20S core proteasome complex, which mediates proteolytic degradation of intracellular proteins.
This complex plays essential roles in maintaining protein homeostasis by removing misfolded or damaged proteins and regulating protein turnover.
It associates with regulatory particles (19S, PA200, PA28) to form the 26S proteasome, participating in both ubiquitin-dependent and -independent degradation pathways.
PSMA7 also:

• Inhibits HIF-1A transactivation under normoxic and hypoxic conditions.
• Enhances HIF-1A degradation via EMAP2 interaction.
• Contributes to hepatitis C virus internal ribosome entry site-mediated translation.
• Mediates nuclear translocation of the androgen receptor (AR), enhancing androgen-mediated transactivation.
