Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
PSMA7 is a component of the 20S core proteasome complex involved in proteolytic degradation of intracellular proteins.
It associates with regulatory particles to form the 26S proteasome, which participates in ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins, maintaining protein homeostasis by removing misfolded or damaged proteins.
When associated with PA200 or PA28, the 20S proteasome mediates ubiquitin-independent protein degradation, essential for processes such as spermatogenesis and generation of MHC class I antigenic peptides.
PSMA7 also inhibits HIF-1A transactivation, enhances proteasome-mediated HIF-1A degradation under hypoxia, and plays a role in hepatitis C virus translation. Additionally, it mediates nuclear translocation of the androgen receptor (AR), enhancing androgen-mediated transactivation.
