Target Information
The LHX2 gene encodes a LIM domain-containing protein, a cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain protein family member. This protein may function as a transcriptional regulator and can rescue phenotypes in Drosophila caused by a related protein, suggesting evolutionary conservation of function.
