- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 열처리 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
Placental Alkaline Phosphatase (PLAP)는 특정 염증성 질환 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 효소에는 intestinal, placental, placental-like, liver/bone/kidney 등 네 가지 유사한 형태가 존재합니다.
PLAP는 임신 3기 태반에서 발현되는 막 결합형 isoenzyme(Regan 및 Nagao type)과 반응하며,
고환 생식세포종양(testicular germ cell tumors)의 식별에 유용합니다.
PLAP 양성 체세포 종양은 일반적으로 epithelial membrane antigen (EMA)을 발현합니다.
또한 PLAP는 matrix mineralization에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있으나,
기능적 효소가 결여된 생쥐에서도 정상적인 골격 발달이 관찰됩니다.
PLAP는 고인산혈증(hypophosphatasia)과 직접적으로 관련이 있으며,
이 질환은 고칼슘혈증과 골격 이상을 특징으로 합니다.
변이의 종류에 따라 발병 시기와 증상의 정도가 달라질 수 있습니다.
