Product Specific Information

The MJ7/18 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD105 (Endoglin), a 90 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer expressed by vascular endothelial cells. CD105 is involved in cell adhesion and embryonic angiogenesis.

• A test is defined as the amount of antibody that stains cells in a 100 µL final volume.

Target Information

CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane glycoprotein highly expressed on vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer and is upregulated in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, marking it as a proliferation-associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 with high affinity, but not TGF-β2.
