Target Information
RWDD3 (RSUME)는 RWD 도메인을 포함하는 소형 단백질로, SUMO 결합을 촉진하여 면역-염증 신호 조절 네트워크에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. RWDD3는 Ikappa-Beta의 SUMO화 및 안정성을 증가시키며, TNF-α 유도 kappaB-LUC 리포터 활성 억제를 통해 Ikappa-Beta 안정성 증가의 기능적 결과를 보여줍니다. 또한 RWDD3는 NF-kappa-Beta 활성을 억제하여 IL-8 및 COX-2와 같은 염증 관련 유전자 발현을 감소시킵니다. RWDD3 발현은 저산소 조건에서 유도되며 혈관형성 과정에서 역할을 할 가능성이 있습니다. BMP-4와 RWDD3는 뇌하수체 종양 발생 단계 억제의 잠재적 표적이 될 수 있습니다.
