Target Information
TRIM72는 세포막 손상 복구에 중심적인 역할을 하는 근육 특이 단백질로, 손상 부위에서 복구 기구의 조립을 유도합니다. Phosphatidylserine에 특이적으로 결합하며, 산화 환경 감지 및 이황화 결합을 통해 손상 부위에서 자기 중합체를 형성합니다. 이 중합체는 TRIM72 함유 소포의 모집을 유도하여 막 패치 형성을 촉진합니다. 또한 Ca²⁺ 의존적 막 복구 과정의 상위 단계에서 작용하며, DYSF의 손상 부위 운반을 조절합니다. 막 출아 및 세포외 배출 조절에도 관여하며, KCNB1 함유 내포 소포의 이동성 조절에도 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
