Applications Reported:
Alexa Fluor® 488 Rat IgG2b Isotype Control has been reported for use in immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
