Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response. Composed of two heavy and two light chains, it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It also regulates immune responses, including T cell activation and B cell inhibition. Widely used in research and diagnostics such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, and in therapeutic applications like immunotherapy and vaccine development.
