Product Specific Information

The monoclonal rat IgM, kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Reported applications include flow cytometric analysis.
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse spleen cells.
Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 519 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
