Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.
Advantages include:

  • Superior specificity and sensitivity
  • Lot-to-lot consistency
  • Animal origin-free formulations
  • Broader immunoreactivity due to larger rabbit immune repertoire

Target Information

Cyclin H belongs to the highly conserved cyclin family, characterized by periodic changes in protein abundance through the cell cycle. Cyclins regulate CDK kinases and exhibit distinct expression and degradation patterns, coordinating mitotic events.
Cyclin H forms a complex with CDK7 kinase and MAT1, functioning as a CDK-activating kinase (CAK). This complex phosphorylates CDK2 and CDC2 kinases and is part of TFIIH and RNA polymerase II complexes, linking transcriptional regulation with cell cycle control.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
