Target Information
Vestigial 단백질은 흉부 상상 원반 세포가 날개 및 균추(halteres)로 분화되도록 결정하는 데 관여하며, 다른 핵 조절 단백질과 상호작용할 수 있습니다. Scalloped(sd)와 결합 시 전사 활성화 복합체로 작용하여 날개 발달 관련 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. Sd와의 결합은 DNA 표적 선택성을 변화시키며, 날개 상상 원반의 배등/복면(D/V) 경계에서 세포 증식에 필수적입니다. 또한 Dhfr과의 상호작용을 통해 DNA 복제 관련 유전자 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
