Product Specific Information
- 재구성을 위해 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- 결합 실험용으로 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.
Target Information
ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs)는 RAS 초패밀리에 속하는 저분자량 GTP 결합 단백질입니다.
ARL3(ADP-ribosylation like factor)는 182개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질로, 쥐 ARL3와 97%, 인간 ARF1과 43%의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 가집니다.
ARL3는 N-myristoylation 부위인 글라이신 2번 위치를 가지며, RAS 패밀리의 다른 구성원에서 발견되는 C 말단 근처의 시스테인 잔기를 포함하지 않습니다.
Northern blot 분석 결과, 심장과 폐에서 높은 발현을 보였으며, 뇌, 간, 신장, 난소, 고환에서는 낮은 발현이 관찰되었습니다.
면역블롯 분석에서는 인간 종양 세포주에서 ARL3 단백질이 검출되었으나 정상 설치류 세포에서는 검출되지 않았습니다.
ARL3는 GTP를 결합하지만, 콜레라 독소 의존적 ADP-ribosylation 활성은 없어 ARF-like 단백질로 분류됩니다.
