Product Specific Information

This Ba13 monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse CD200R3, a surface receptor expressed by basophils and mast cells.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of the MC/9 cell line at ≤0.25 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number should be empirically determined (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Antibody titration recommended for optimal performance.

Light Sensitivity: Tandem dye sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Protect vial and stained samples from light.

Fixation:
Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-57) for up to 3 days in the dark at 4°C with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency.

Target Information

CD200R3 (also known as CD200RLb) is a dimeric cell surface receptor with two Ig-like extracellular domains, part of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It associates with adaptor molecules such as DAP12, DAP10, CD3 zeta, and FcR gamma-chain, enabling stimulatory signaling. Expressed primarily by basophils and mast cells, CD200R3 is involved in anti-parasitic and allergic responses. Surface expression decreases rapidly upon activation via CD16/CD32 ligation. Unlike CD200R1, CD200R3 does not bind CD200.
