Product Specific Information

This NP4D6 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD203c (E-NPP3), a type II transmembrane protein expressed on basophils and mast cells. CD203c expression increases upon basophil activation by allergen or IgE crosslinking, serving as an indicator of IgE-mediated allergic responses.

  • Applications Tested: Pre-titrated for flow cytometry on normal human peripheral blood cells
    • Recommended use: 5 µL (0.125 µg)/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

Target Information

CD203c (E-NPP3) encodes an ectoenzyme involved in hydrolysis of extracellular nucleotides. These enzymes exhibit ATPase and ATP pyrophosphatase activities and are type II transmembrane proteins. Expression has been observed in glioma cells, prostate, uterus, pancreas, and basophils.
