For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase NEDD4 is a Ubl conjugation pathway protein containing one HECT domain and four WW domains.
It participates in degradation of VEGFR-2/KDFR independently of its ubiquitin-ligase activity and acts as a potential proto-oncogene by negatively regulating PTEN through ubiquitination.
NEDD4 is involved in viral budding and regulation of epithelial Na⁺ channels, influencing arterial hypertension.
Localized to the sarcolemmal region of muscle fibers, increased NEDD4 expression is associated with unloaded or denervated muscles and decreased Notch1 expression, acting as a down-regulator of Notch-1 gene expression.
