For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) is a member of the Ena-VASP protein family.
Ena-VASP family members contain an EHV1 N-terminal domain that binds proteins with E/DFPPPPXD/E motifs and localizes to focal adhesions.
The mid-region includes a proline-rich domain that binds SH3 and WW domain-containing proteins, while the C-terminal EVH2 domain mediates tetramerization and binds both G and F actin.
VASP is associated with filamentous actin formation, contributing to cell adhesion and motility, and may participate in signaling pathways regulating integrin–extracellular matrix interactions.
VASP is regulated by cyclic nucleotide-dependent kinases PKA and PKG.
