- In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.05% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Cathepsin A, B, C, D, E, L, V, and X/Z/P is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
The protein CTSS, a member of the peptidase C1 family, is a lysosomal cysteine proteinase that may participate in the degradation of antigenic proteins to peptides for presentation on MHC class II molecules. It can function as an elastase over a broad pH range in alveolar macrophages.
