Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-18 R beta (AcPL), recombinant human IL-18 R, IL-1 R1, IL-1 RII, and IL-1 Rrp2 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
The IL18RAP gene encodes an accessory subunit of the heterodimeric receptor for IL18. This protein enhances IL18 binding to IL18R1 (IL1RRP) and is required for activation of NF-kappaB and MAPK8 (JNK) signaling in response to IL18.
