Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IFN-alpha/beta R alpha, IFN-gamma R2, and IL-10 R beta is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

The IL20RA gene encodes a receptor for interleukin 20 (IL20), a cytokine potentially involved in epidermal function.
The IL20 receptor is a heterodimeric complex composed of IL20RA and IL20RB subunits.
Both genes are highly expressed in skin and are upregulated in psoriasis.
