Product Specific Information
- 재구성 시 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도가 약 1 mg/mL이 되도록 조정하는 것을 권장합니다.
- Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.
Target Information
Synaptophysin은 거의 모든 뉴런의 시냅스 소포에 존재하는 칼슘 결합성 막당단백질입니다. 네 개의 막관통 영역을 가지며, 높은 칼슘 농도에서 다이너민과 복합체를 형성하여 시냅스 소포 내포작용에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 단기 및 장기 시냅스 가소성 조절에도 중요한 역할을 합니다. Synaptophysin은 신경 말단 및 신경내분비 종양을 구분하는 가장 널리 사용되는 표지 단백질입니다. 유전자 변이는 X-연관 정신지체와 관련이 있습니다.
