Description:
Monoclonal antibody 7F9 (VIIF9)는 인간, 마우스, 랫트 및 조류의 vinculin과 그 대체 스플라이싱 형태인 metavinculin을 인식합니다. Vinculin은 세포 간 및 세포-기질 접착부에 관련된 세포골격 단백질로, F-actin의 막 고정 및 E-cadherin 발현 조절에 관여합니다. Talin, paxillin, alpha-actinin과 결합하며, vinculin의 조절 이상은 세포 부착, 이동, 성장의 변화를 일으켜 암 침윤 및 전이를 촉진할 수 있습니다.
Applications Reported:
7F9 항체는 동결 절편, 포르말린 고정 파라핀 절편, 현미경 관찰, 면역세포화학 등에서 사용 가능합니다.
Applications Tested:
포르말데하이드 고정 및 투과 처리된 세포의 면역세포화학 실험에서 ≤10 µg/mL 농도로 사용되었습니다. 최적 성능을 위해 실험별 적절한 희석 비율로 조정하는 것이 권장됩니다.
Filter Recommendation:
