Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a zinc finger protein that may act as a transcription factor and participate in the BHC histone deacetylase complex.
Translocation with the FGFR1 gene can result in a fusion gene implicated in stem cell leukemia lymphoma syndrome (SCLL).
Several transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
