Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Pellino proteins are a family of E3 ubiquitin ligases acting as upstream mediators in Toll-like receptor (TLR) pathways, leading to activation of MAP kinases and transcription factors.
Pellino 1 is essential for interleukin-1-mediated signaling through interaction with the IRAK4–IRAK–TRAF6 complex, resulting in NF-κB activation.
It catalyzes polyubiquitination of IRAK1 and is activated via phosphorylation by IRAK1, IRAK4, or IKK-related kinases (IKK-ε, TBK1).
Pellino 1 activity is also regulated through ubiquitination and sumoylation.
