Goat anti-mouse IgG 다클론 항체는 mouse IgG의 heavy 및 light chain에 반응하며, human, rat, bovine, goat, hamster, rabbit 단백질과의 교차 반응은 최소화되어 있습니다. IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3에 반응하며 일부 IgM에도 반응합니다.
이 항체는 Fc 영역이 제거된 F(ab`)2 단편 형태로 Fc 매개 결합 문제를 줄입니다.

각 제품에는 NovaFluor conjugate 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial이 포함되어 있습니다.

Applications Tested

• Mouse anti-human 항체로 염색된 인간 말초혈액세포에 대해 Flow cytometry로 검증됨
• ≤0.5 µg/test 사용 권장 (100 µL 반응 부피 기준)
• 세포 수: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test
• IHC(포르말린 고정 파라핀 절편)에서도 검증됨 (≤10 µg/mL 사용 권장)
• 실험 조건에 따라 적절한 희석 비율로 최적화 필요

NovaFluor Dyes 주의사항

• DNA 결합형 viability dye(PI, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)와 호환되지 않음
• Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell Stains 사용 권장

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 사용 지침

• NovaFluor conjugate 사용 시 필수
• 항체 칵테일에 CellBlox Plus Buffer 5 µL/sample 추가
• 단일 색상 대조군의 경우 100 µL 세포 시료(10³–10⁸ cells)에 5 µL 사용
