Description:
Goat anti-Mouse IgG polyclonal antibody로, mouse IgG의 heavy 및 light chain에 반응하며, human, rat, bovine, goat, hamster, rabbit 단백질과의 교차 반응은 최소화되어 있습니다. IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3 및 일부 IgM에도 반응합니다.
이 항체는 Fc 영역이 제거된 F(ab`)2 fragment 형태로, Fc 매개 결합 문제를 줄이는 데 도움이 됩니다.
각 제품에는 NovaFluor 결합 항체 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial이 포함되어 있습니다.

Flow cytometric 분석용으로 보고되었습니다.

Applications Tested:

• Flow cytometry: mouse anti-human 항체로 염색된 human PBMC에 대해 ≤0.5 µg/test 사용
• Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): ≤10 µg/mL 사용
• 최적 성능을 위해 사용 농도는 실험 조건에 맞게 적절히 조정 필요

NovaFluor 사용 주의사항:

• DNA intercalating viability dye (PI, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)와 호환되지 않음
• Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell Stains 사용 권장
• CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01)와 함께 사용 시 최적의 염색 결과 제공
• NovaFluor conjugates는 Phiton™ 기술 기반의 핵산 염색체 구조를 이용하여 설계된 형광체로, spillover 및 spread 영향을 최소화함

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies는 mouse immunoglobulin 검출, 분류, 정제에 유용한 affinity-purified 항체입니다.
다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)에 적용 가능하며, 여러 secondary antibody가 하나의 primary antibody에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 유도합니다.
대부분의 secondary antibody는 target species의 immunoglobulin 풀로 host 동물을 면역화하여 제작되며, 추가적으로 정제 및 conjugation 과정을 통해 높은 특이성과 감도를 제공합니다.
