Description:
Goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody로, mouse IgG의 heavy 및 light chain과 반응하며 human, rat, bovine, goat, hamster, rabbit 단백질과의 교차 반응은 최소화되어 있습니다. IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3에 반응하며 일부 IgM에도 반응성을 보입니다.
본 항체는 Fc 영역이 제거된 F(ab`)2 fragment 형태로, Fc 매개 결합에 의한 비특이적 반응을 줄여줍니다.

각 제품에는 NovaFluor conjugate 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial이 포함되어 있습니다.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis용으로 보고됨.
Applications Tested:

• Flow cytometry: ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL 반응 부피 기준, 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 권장)
• Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): ≤10 µg/mL 사용 권장
• 실험 최적화를 위해 항체 농도는 반드시 적정화 필요

주의사항:

• NovaFluor 염료는 DNA intercalating viability dye(PI, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)와 호환되지 않음.
• Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains 사용 권장.
• NovaFluor conjugate는 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer(Cat. No. C001T06F01)와 함께 사용해야 최적의 염색 결과를 얻을 수 있음.
• 항체 칵테일/마스터믹스에 CellBlox Plus Buffer를 샘플당 5 µL 첨가 후 사용.
• Single-color control 시, 100 µL cell sample(10³~10⁸ cells)에 5 µL 첨가.

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies는 mouse immunoglobulin에 대한 특이성을 지닌 affinity-purified 항체로, 검출·분류·정제 등 다양한 용도로 사용됩니다. HRP, AP, fluorescence 등 여러 검출 시스템과 호환되며, 1차 항체에 다수의 2차 항체가 결합함으로써 신호 증폭 효과를 제공합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 target species의 immunoglobulin 혼합물로 면역화하여 제작되며, 추가 정제 및 conjugation 과정을 통해 높은 특이성과 일관성을 확보합니다.
