이 항체는 Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L)로, HRP 결합 및 Affinity 정제된 제품입니다. Mouse, Human, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit 혈청 단백질과의 교차반응이 최소화되어 있습니다. Rat IgG의 heavy chain과 대부분의 rat immunoglobulin의 light chain에 반응하며, 비면역글로불린 단백질에는 반응하지 않습니다.

각 제품은 NovaFluor conjugate 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial을 포함합니다.

NovaFluor conjugate는 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01)와 함께 제공되며, NovaFluor 실험에 최적화된 완충액입니다. Cell 샘플당 5 µL를 첨가하여 항체 혼합물에 사용하십시오.

NovaFluor conjugates는 Phiton™ 기술 기반으로, 형광 스펙트럼 간 간섭 및 신호 확산을 최소화하는 구조적 형광체를 사용합니다.

Anti-Rat secondary antibodies는 Rat immunoglobulin 검출, 분류, 정제에 유용한 Affinity 정제 항체입니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)에 적용 가능하며, 1차 항체에 다수의 2차 항체가 결합하여 신호 증폭 효과를 제공합니다.
보통 Rat immunoglobulin 혼합물로 면역한 후, Affinity chromatography 및 Fragmentation, Conjugation 등을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖도록 제조됩니다.
